Coffee and healthy bowls by day, drinks and music at night: Why we think that Bikini Mitte is a new spot that was needed in Munich.
GOOD FOOD
First: the food. In this area, near Stachus and Marienplatz, you don’t find too many great options to go for a healthy lunch or if you want to grab a coffee – if you want to avoid the common food chains.
Bikini Mitte has a nice selection of healthy food you can have with rice, quinoa and of course various vegetables and fruits.
THE LOCATION
Second: the location itself. “We called it Bikini, because thanks to it’s big windows the location is really revealing”, the co-owner Hubertus Becker explains. “In the evening we close the jalousie and put some nice music on. Of course the turntables are in the kitchen. Because as we all know, the best parties are happening there”, he tells us.
PARTY, PARTY
Third: the owners. Hubertus Becker and Marc Deininger are well-known in Munich for fantastic nightlife venues, like the former Blumenbar or Erste Liga (which are both missed badly in Munich).
So we’re convinced that Bikini Mitte is going to be a fun place in Munich to meet friends, have a nice lunch and to hang out at night.

Grab a magazine, a coffee and spend a lazy afternoon at Bikini Mitte.
